We are your online accounting department

Having all our clients on QuickBooks Online is the first step. That way your team and our team have easy access to the books. To collect documents, we use an app called Hubdoc. You snap a picture with your phone or forward emails and PDFs into the app. From there, we can see all your documents, “file” them securely, and publish them into your QuickBooks file.

Yes!  Each client is assigned a Dedicated Account Manager, who is also the primary bookkeeper on your account.  Your Account Manager will be your first point of contact for all questions.  When necessary, your Account Manager will escalate your questions to a CPA or Tax Specialist.  

We prefer that you contact us via email.  We strive to respond to all emails within 24 hours.  If we can’t answer your question quickly, we will let you know our plan and a timeline for addressing your concern.

Your primary role is to upload receipts, invoices, and statements as you receive them.   You will also need to spend a few minutes each week giving us any missing details we need on transactions (we use a shared Google Sheet for this).  If we are providing bill pay services, you will need to spend a moment reviewing your weekly cash dashboard and approving bills to be paid.  You will also need to send us payroll hours and other info needed to process payroll. We take it from there and will let you know if we need anything else.
